Here is a slide from a recent city presentation! While I knew we had a history of employee turnover, once you see it on paper it is truly a major problem that we have had over the last 10 years! 6 CVB Directors, which Tourism is our only industry? 4 City Managers, 5 planning directors, 5 public work directors. For any city or company to be successful, one can’t have this type of turnover. Just think about how much is spent on catching a new hire up to speed at each position!
